A New Generation of Real Estate Development
Archetypon Development is a real estate development and project management company founded by Stefanos Morfopoulos and Damian Katsios, two Civil Engineering students at the National Technical University of Athens.
The company was created with a clear purpose: to develop high-quality residential & commercial projects that combine architectural clarity, technical discipline and transparent delivery. Archetypon Development brings together a new generation of thinking with the experience, structure and reliability of established construction and engineering firms.
Our role is to identify promising real estate opportunities, shape them into well-designed development projects, coordinate the full process from concept to delivery, and create real value for buyers, landowners and partners.
What We Do
Archetypon Development manages the full development process of selected residential projects, from early concept to final handover.
Our work includes project vision, design coordination, feasibility assessment, sales strategy, client communication, permitting coordination, construction monitoring and delivery management. We act as the central development team, ensuring that every project is clearly planned, technically controlled and aligned with the expectations of future owners.

Although Archetypon Development is a new company, it is not built in isolation.
The company benefits from direct access to the knowledge, experience and technical infrastructure of two established family businesses: Future Constructions and NAMA Consulting Engineers.
Future Constructions brings construction experience, site execution capability and practical delivery know-how. NAMA Consulting Engineers brings engineering expertise, design coordination and a deep understanding of complex technical projects.
This structure allows Archetypon Development to operate as a focused development and project management company while relying on experienced technical partners for design, engineering and construction delivery.
